Contracts for WIOA Service Providers are awarded through a competitive procurement process, which occurs approximately every 1-3 years with the publication of a Request for Proposals (RFP). To find out when an RFP has been released, you may check our website regularly under the “Current RFP’s” or go to that page to be included on our RFP notification list.
To assist new organizations who are applying to become a WIOA Service Provider for the first time, Workforce Connections will host periodic “RFP 101” sessions, which provide an introduction to WIOA funds and an overview of the procurement process. Additional details regarding these sessions are posted on our website as they are scheduled and emailed to all RFP notification recipients.
To become a Training Partner you must apply to list your training offerings on the state’s Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL). Please use the navigation menu on the right to go to the ETPL webpage. There you can complete and submit the “New Provider” application.
