Nevada’s Most Respected Leaders

Workforce Connections Executive Director Jaime Cruz was recently named one of Nevada’s Most Respected Leaders by Nevada Business Magazine, the state’s leading business magazine.

Fellow honorees include Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo, former Nevada Governor and current University of Nevada, Reno President Brian Sandoval, and a “who’s who” of Nevada’s sports, technology, transportation, land development, and other prominent professionals.  The 2023 Most Respected Leaders were chosen by a committee of judges who “looked at their history in Nevada, what they’ve accomplished, and how they are viewed by others and the business community at large.” Hundreds of Nevada leaders were nominated. Twelve were chosen.

We are proud to showcase Jaime’s leadership while having the opportunity to shine the spotlight on workforce development efforts that are so critical to our state’s economy.
