At Workforce Connections, we connect employers to a ready workforce. In other words, we help employers fill open jobs as we help people build careers. It’s important to engage with youth in the career readiness conversation as early as possible. We do our homework to understand what jobs local companies will need to fill when today’s youth finish their education and enter the workforce in years to come.
